Aubrey Group, Inc. is a contract product development and manufacturing company using state-of-the-art technologies to develop new medical devices and biotech instruments. Our expertise is designing and engineering innovative solutions for clients in the therapeutic, surgical, patient monitoring and diagnostic industries.

Aubrey Group was founded by Vytas Pazemenas in 1994 with an emphasis on electronics and sensors. Now with a staff of more than 65, we cover all engineering disciplines for medical technology and provide contract manufacturing. We are an established outsourcing partner.

We collaborate with clients – start-ups, emerging and established companies – to develop products that work reliably and meet regulatory and industry requirements.

We manufacture products that we design and provide a quick transition from prototype to fully-documented clinical-test and production units.

We offer full-service contract manufacturing services for your medical devices.

And we help inventors and entrepreneurs by assisting them in assembling the building blocks required for a successful venture.

We are an FDA registered Medical Device Establishment and are licensed by the California Food and Drug Branch for the design and manufacturing of medical devices. We are also UL registered and ISO 13485 certified. Our designs comply with FDA Design Controls and IEC and UL requirements.

We have a Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean room and offer sterile packaging and sealing and sterilization validation services.

Aubrey Group has been recognized as a Design and Supply Partner to Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics, the 2009 winner of the Medical Design Excellence Award, MDEA, sponsored by Canon Communications. This is our second award. In 2005, we were awarded the MD&DI Outstanding Design Team Award along with Epicor Medical Inc, now part of St. Jude Medical.
